Welcome to the Camden Haven Protection Society Inc
The Camden Haven Protection Society (CHPS) Inc. was formed at a public meeting held on 24th November 1986.
The Society covers all areas which fall into the catchment of the Camden Haven River.
Our Objectives
To take such steps as necessary to protect the natural environment of the Camden Haven.
The Society shall:
- Act to ensure that development in the natural area is in harmony with the natural environment

Make its best endeavours to maintain the Camden Haven as an area for those seeking relaxation, refreshment and recreation through activities associated with but not destructive of the bush, the lake system, the river and the ocean
